Arts & Crafts Vendor Application 2025
Salmon Days has been the Northwest’s premier outdoor arts festival for 56 consecutive years. Therefore, it is no surprise that Salmon Days' artists are among the best in the industry due to an organized and experienced jurying process. The quality of vendors is what regularly draws over 150,000 to Issaquah each year. Our artists are what has made Salmon Days a winner of multiple awards and we strive to ensure that you, the artisan, is our top priority.
Note: Arts & Crafts booth’s merchandise must be personally handcrafted by the vendor who is applying for booth space. Commercial, imported or mass-produced items are not allowed at Salmon Days in any arts & crafts booths.
All Arts & Crafts booth spaces are the same price regardless of location (I.e.: Front Street versus the Greenbelt, etc.). Also, the option to purchase a corner booth is not available. Vendors will not be able to request a location or specific booth space, but they may submit their preference. While we do our best to accommodate vendor preferences, booth selections are ultimately left to the discretion of the Greater Issaquah Chamber.
WE ARE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE event. For this reason, we always open up our applications for the month of April only to our returning vendors from the previous year. When the applications go live to the public on May 1, 2025, both new and existing vendors are eligible to apply and be placed in the show. This does not mean returning vendors will not get into the show if you wait until after April 30th to apply. It simply means we cannot guarantee you’ll get in if we book up before then.
You must enter something in every field marked with an asterisk. If you only have one photo, use that same photo in every required photo slot.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unsure of which application to fill out or have ANY questions regarding your application, please contact us first. A processing fee of $50 will be charged to you if you fill out the wrong application OR if you accidentally apply more than once OR if you do not meet the guidelines spelled out in the Rules & Regulations section. We are happy to answer your questions to avoid fees and misapplications. Please email us at: events@salmondays.org with any questions and/or help.
NOTE: If you are in a popular category, like jewelry, gift foods, etc., we recommend applying sooner rather than later. We close out booth spaces by category because we want to make sure the competition level is fair It is important to us that we do everything we can to ensure you are successful at Salmon Days.
APPLICATION DEADLINE (to be in the digital program): August 15, 2025
Note: The deadline is strictly for getting published in our program. Applications may still be accepted after that date if booth spaces are still available, but we cannot guarantee your business name and booth number will be printed in our program.
If you have any questions or issues, please submit a ticket.
