Arts & Crafts Vendor Application 2026
Salmon Days has been the Northwest’s premier outdoor arts festival for 57 consecutive years. Therefore, it is no surprise that Salmon Days' artists are among the best in the industry due to an organized and experienced jurying process. The quality of vendors is what regularly draws over 150,000 to Issaquah each year. Our artists are what has made Salmon Days a winner of multiple awards and we strive to ensure that you, the artisan, is our top priority.
Note: Arts & Crafts booth’s merchandise must be personally handcrafted by the vendor who is applying for booth space. Commercial, imported or mass-produced items are not allowed at Salmon Days in any arts & crafts booths. Plants are not an Arts & Craft vendor.
All Arts & Crafts booth spaces are the same price regardless of location (I.e.: Front Street versus the Greenbelt, etc.). Also, the option to purchase a corner booth is not available. Vendors will not be able to request a location or specific booth space, but they may submit their preference. While we do our best to accommodate vendor preferences, booth selections are ultimately left to the discretion of the Greater Issaquah Chamber.
PLEASE NOTE: Salmon Days is a first-come, first-served event. To support returning participants, applications are open exclusively to 2025 returning vendors during the month of April. When applications open to the public on May 1, 2026, both new and returning vendors may apply and be placed in the show based on availability.
Applying after April 30 does not automatically exclude returning vendors; however, space cannot be guaranteed if the Festival reaches capacity before your application is received. We strongly encourage all vendors to apply as soon as applications go live.
You must enter something in every field marked with an asterisk. If you only have one photo, use that same photo in every required photo slot.
NEW in 2026: A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to each submitted application. At this time, there is no alternative payment option since vendor placements are assigned in the order applications are received and payment submission secures your place in line.
If you are unsure which application to complete or have any questions regarding your application, please contact us before submitting.
A $50 processing fee will be charged if:
- The incorrect application is submitted
- Multiple applications are submitted in error
- The applicant does not meet the guidelines outlined in the Rules & Regulations
We are happy to help answer questions and prevent unnecessary fees or misapplications.
