Issaquah Small Commercial Retailer Vendor Application 2026
A rare opportunity at Salmon Days!
The Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce board has decided to make an exception to the longstanding tradition to only allow Arts and Crafts vendors into the festival. For the 2026 Issaquah Salmon Days Festival, Issaquah small commercial retailers have the opportunity to have a presence at the Festival as a vendor selling certain retail products. (Note: No toy weapons are allowed to be sold at Salmon Days.)
By offering this limited prospect, the Chamber hopes to give local small retailers more exposure and sales.
If you are a small retail business physically located in Issaquah and are individually owned & operated and have product to sell, you are invited to be at the Festival. Space is limited for this specific booth space so don’t delay! Normally, the Festival features ONLY handcrafted arts & crafts merchandise by the artist so this is a rare opportunity for our local small retail businesses. Please note that all products being sold at the booth must be a physical object. Services like gutters, window washing, etc. are not acceptable.
NEW THIS YEAR: The City of Issaquah mandates that all businesses who apply for this type of booth must include their Business License number with the City of Issaquah so you will have to supply this number on your application.
PLEASE NOTE: Salmon Days is a first-come, first-served event. To support returning participants, applications are open exclusively to 2025 returning vendors during the month of April. When applications open to the public on May 1, 2026, both new and returning vendors may apply and be placed in the show based on availability.
Applying after April 30 does not automatically exclude returning vendors; however, space cannot be guaranteed if the Festival reaches capacity before your application is received. We strongly encourage all vendors to apply as soon as applications go live.
You must enter something in every field marked with an asterisk. If you only have one photo, use that same photo in every required photo slot.
NEW in 2026: A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to each submitted application. At this time, there is no alternative payment option since vendor placements are assigned in the order applications are received and payment submission secures your place in line.
If you are unsure which application to complete or have any questions regarding your application, please contact us before submitting.
A $50 processing fee will be charged if:
- The incorrect application is submitted
- Multiple applications are submitted in error
- The applicant does not meet the guidelines outlined in the Rules & Regulations
- This application has very strict requirements so please make sure you qualify before you apply.
We are happy to help answer questions and prevent unnecessary fees or misapplications.
