Activity Vendor (formerly Field of Fun) Application

Activity booths are exclusively for vendors offering kids/teens/pet activities. Some examples of this are face painting, henna tattooing, petting zoos, rock climbing, etc. Commercial retail booths/toys/items are no longer allowed starting in 2020. Toy guns and balloons are NOT permitted.

NOTE: Please be advised that if you apply in this category, your booth will not necessarily be assigned on the Field of Fun. There is a chance your activity booth could be on a street location or on the Field of Fun.

NEW in 2020, we will be placing Arts & Crafts Vendors on the Field of Fun if their focus is on children, family or pet products. If you are interested in being an Arts & Crafts Vendor on the Field of Fun (and qualify to be an artisan at the Festival), please refer to the Arts & Crafts Application.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:  August 15, 2020

Note: The deadline is strictly for getting published in our program. Applications may still be accepted after that date, but we cannot guarantee your booth will be printed in our program.

REMEMBER WE ARE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE event. For this reason we always open up our applications for the first 30 days only to our returning vendors. When the applications go live to the public, both new and existing vendors are eligible to apply and be placed in the show. This does not mean returning vendors will not get into the show if you wait until after April to apply. It simply means we cannot guarantee your same location.

If you are in a popular category, like food or jewelry, gourmet foods, etc., we do recommend sooner is better. We close out the show by category, because we want to make sure everyone does well and that your competition level is fair. It is important to us that we do everything we can to ensure you are successful at Salmon Days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are unsure of which application to fill out or you have ANY questions regarding your application, please contact us first. A processing fee of $40 will be charged to you if you fill out the wrong application OR if you accidentally apply more than once OR if you do not meet the guidelines above.
