Non-Profit Vendor Application 2025
Salmon Days encourages Non-Profit organizations to take advantage of the largest two-day festival in Washington by creating fun and exciting ways to bring awareness and/or raise money for your organization. We welcome your participation.
We only accept non-profits that are 501(c) 3 organizations. You must attach proof of your 501(c)3 status when you are applying (i.e. Your organization’s ‘Determination Letter’ from the IRS). Applicants that apply who are not a valid 501(c)3 organization and/or does not attach their IRS letter as proof will automatically be rejected and will be charged a processing fee of $40.
Please select Non-Profit Offsite if your organization is operating a sanctioned fundraiser/activity such as a parking lot, barbeque or 5K run during Salmon Days. IF you are running a parking lot, please notate on the application what you will be charging for parking as well as what you will be charging if a vendor wishes to park ALL DAY.
ALL vendors, including non-profit vendors, specifically agree that they will not seek or accept sponsorships for their booth and that sharing the booth with another vendor or organization of any type is strictly prohibited.
WE ARE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE event. For this reason we always open up our applications for the month of April only to our returning 2024 vendors. When the applications go live to the public on May 1, 2025, both new and existing vendors are eligible to apply and be placed in the show. This does not mean returning vendors will not get into the show if you wait until after April 30th to apply. It simply means we cannot guarantee you’ll get in if we book up before then. We encourage you to apply as soon as the applications go live.
You must enter something in every field marked with an asterisk. If you only have one photo, use that same photo in every required photo slot.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unsure of which application to fill out or you have ANY questions regarding your application, please contact us first.A processing fee of $50 will be charged to you if you fill out the wrong application OR if you accidentally apply more than once OR if you do not meet the guidelines spelled out in the Rules & Regulations section. We are happy to answer your questions to avoid fees and misapplications. Please email us at: events@salmondays.org with any questions and/or help.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 15, 2025
Note: The deadline is strictly for getting published in our program. Applications may still be accepted after that date if booth spaces are still available, but we cannot guarantee your business name and booth number will be printed in our program.
If you have any questions or issues, please submit a ticket.
