Non-Profit Vendor Application 2026
Salmon Days encourages Non-Profit organizations to take advantage of the largest two-day festival in Washington by creating fun and exciting ways to bring awareness and/or raise money for your organization. We welcome your participation.
We only accept non-profits that are 501(c) 3 organizations. You must attach proof of your 501(c)3 status when you are applying (i.e. Your organization’s ‘Determination Letter’ from the IRS). Applicants that apply who are not a valid 501(c)3 organization and/or does not attach their IRS letter as proof will automatically be rejected and will be charged a processing fee of $50.
Please select Non-Profit Offsite if your organization is operating a sanctioned fundraiser/activity such as a parking lot, barbeque or 5K run during Salmon Days. IF you are running a parking lot, please notate on the application what you will be charging for parking as well as what you will be charging if a vendor wishes to park ALL DAY.
NEW for Pay Parking Organizations: The City of Issaquah now requires all organizations operating pay parking lots to provide the following:
“If private parking lots are proposed to be used, please provide proof (email, letter, formal agreement) that landowner/businesses/school district/etc. has given permission for their lots to be utilized for the event.”
**Please submit this proof of permission by May 31, 2026.**
Non-profit vendors, specifically agree that they will not seek or accept sponsorships for their booth and that sharing the booth with another vendor or organization of any type is strictly prohibited.
Non-Profit Commissions
If you have a non-profit booth and sell any items at your booth, you are required to pay a commission based on your sales. Please note: donations received at your booth are exempt from commission.
Commission Percentages:
Non-Profit Organizations
10% Commission – Non-Food Booths
15% Commission – Food Booths
NEW & Effective 2026: Non-profit vendors engaging in sales at their booth will not be eligible to deduct any expenses or related costs from their commission payment.
- Any Non-Profit Vendor who does not pay their commissions by October 30, 2026 will not be eligible to participate in future Salmon Days Festivals for a minimum of two (2) years.
PLEASE NOTE: Salmon Days is a first-come, first-served event. To support returning participants, applications are open exclusively to 2025 returning vendors during the month of April. When applications open to the public on May 1, 2026, both new and returning vendors may apply and be placed in the show based on availability.
Applying after April 30 does not automatically exclude returning vendors; however, space cannot be guaranteed if the Festival reaches capacity before your application is received. We strongly encourage all vendors to apply as soon as applications go live.
You must enter something in every field marked with an asterisk. If you only have one photo, use that same photo in every required photo slot.
NEW in 2026: A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to each submitted application. At this time, there is no alternative payment option since vendor placements are assigned in the order applications are received and payment submission secures your place in line.
If you are unsure which application to complete or have any questions regarding your application, please contact us before submitting.
A $50 processing fee will be charged if:
- The incorrect application is submitted
- Multiple applications are submitted in error
- The applicant does not meet the guidelines outlined in the Rules & Regulations
We are happy to help answer questions and prevent unnecessary fees or misapplications.
