Issaquah CERT (under the Issaquah Citizen Corps Council, a non-profit corporation), educates community members on how to prepare and respond when a major event happens by training people in basic disaster preparedness and response skills to take care of themselves, their families, their neighborhoods, and the community. It is supported by the city of Issaquah and its Emergency Management department.
