Influence the Choice serves the Greater Issaquah Area by providing youth substance use prevention activities within the Issaquah School District area. We are tackling prevention in two ways. First, we work directly with students with programs such as our youth coalition, Teens Encouraging Community Health (TECH), Youth Advocacy Day, our Art with Influence Student Art Contest, and our Power of Me, Power of We Conference. We support parents, caregivers and other community members through educational events that help the adults within our community to develop skills needed to talk with teens about substance use and support youth substance use prevention.
