Eastside Community School is an independent school, serving children in Preschool through Grade 8, inspired by the principles of Waldorf education. Our human-centered curriculum emphasizes hands-on projects, artistic exploration, and meaningful engagement with academic subjects. This holistic approach fosters intellectual growth paired with social and emotional well-being. Students develop the imagination to solve problems creatively, the openness to think critically, and the discernment to navigate an increasingly complex world. If accepted, we plan on providing a free, hands-on craft or artistic activity (like watercolor), using natural materials.
