This shift is during the busiest time of the Festival at Headquarters. The phones are ringing off the hook. The radio is squawking at us, text messages are flying in constantly, and there is a line of people who need to talk to us. We need to add someone to the team who is organized, detail oriented, writes good notes, calm under pressure, good at reading a map, and speakers very very clearly. This is a critical role at the center of everything.
